I highly recommend making this a hosted blog. Lots more functionality when you host it yourself. Also, this is a great free wordpress shopping cart. PERFECT for selling download links. We launched an album for The Vincent Black Shadow (https://www.tvbsmusic.com/) in a similar way and it was very convenient and cost effective for everyone. Who needs a label?
